New ICT Standard versio launched
The new version of the ICT Standard for Management was launched on November 15th, as a result of a successful development effort. The new version emphasizes the importance of business alignment with 4 new additions to the ICT Stadard streams. See more on the launch event.

The ICT Academy widens its course selection

The ICT Academy, with emphasis on practical exercises and interactive learning, is a training program for the ICT management and development responsible. The Autumn 2012 introduces several new training programs, such as Project Management Best Practices and Microsoft Academy. The next open ICT Academy certification program starts already next August. 

Management finding Sofigate’s Roundtable service for agile decision making

ICT Roundtable for Management combines the best of workshop facilitating, agile methods and social media. It is a unique solution for enhancing and speeding up management decision making in challenging change management situations.

Sofigate participates in Finland's most notable ITIL-projects.

Sofigate started IT Service Mangement as a service in autumn 2009 together with Kesko. Later the service has appealed to customers such as Onninen and Cargotec. Sofigate's role is in the ITIL-based ServiceNow system implementation and the customer's IT service management process desing, development and support.
