Finnish companies still not sufficiently prepared for ICT service incidents
This was one of the results that were revealed in a national survey by The Finnish Information Processing Association and Sofigate about ICT Management in Finland. The survey, which was carried out for the second time, mapped out the state of ICT management and surveyed how business and ICT co-operate, manage their work and measure their targets.

Sofigate participates in Finland's most notable ITIL-projects.
Sofigate started IT Service Mangement as a service in autumn 2009 together with Kesko. Later the service has appealed to customers such as Onninen and Cargotec. Sofigate's role is in the ITIL-based ServiceNow system implementation and the customer's IT service management process desing, development and support.

The ICT Academy widens its course selection
The ICT Academy, with emphasis on practical exercises and interactive learning, is a training program for the ICT management and development responsible. The next open training program is the Enterprise Architecture training, which is intended for the Finnish public sector. The next open ICT Academy starts already next autumn.
