Sofigate

Our employees are our most important resource. Sofigate has over one hundred ICT management professionals, with experience ranging from a few years to decades in the field. Almost all Sofigate employees have experience in management or leadership or both.

We aim to share knowledge and experience with an open attitude. We build our teams with just the right mixture of experience and young enthusiasm, creating the optimal environment for everyone to learn and develop.

We are constantly searching for new employees, enthusiastic ICT management experts or aspiring young professionals. You can be located in Helsinki metropolitan area, Pirkanmaa or Oulu.

We assume our experts have genuine know-how and managerial skills; we appreciate experience, but even more important is having the right attitude. Fluency in written and spoken Finnish is a prerequisite. We recruit 20-30 people every year, from experienced leaders to young graduates. With us you can constantly develop your competences and work alongside the field’s top experts.
