Sofigate

The ICT Standard for Management is an open standard, free for everyone to use. It has formed into a widely used best practice for ICT management and development. Sofigate is a founding member of the ICT Standard Forum(www.ictstandard.org), responsible for administration and development of the Standard.

According to the above picture, the ICT Standard consists of five managerial entities, which are

• Strategy and Governance,
• Sourcing and vendor management,
• Project management,
• Service management and
• the linking Business alignment.

Sofigate uses the ICT Standard for Management and its tools in its services and helps its customer in their implementations.
