Sofigate participates in Finland's most notable ITIL-projects.

Sofigate started IT Service Mangement as a service in autumn 2009 together with Kesko. Later the service has appealed to customers such as Onninen and Cargotec. Sofigate's role is in the ITIL-based ServiceNow system implementation and the customer's IT service management process desing, development and support.

The ICT operations are managed and monitored more and more on the cost and budget point of view.  Compared to the previous year, the business management sees ICT more as an operative unit than a part of the implementation of the company’s strategy.

The ICT Academy widens its course selection

The ICT Academy, with emphasis on practical exercises and interactive learning, is a training program for the ICT management and development responsible. The Autumn 2012 introduces several new training programs, such as Project Management Best Practices and Microsoft Academy. The next open ICT Academy certification program starts already next August.
