ServiceNow is a pioneer of SaaS-based IT Service Management systems. It combines the ITIL v3 standard and Web 2.0 technology to create a modern software-as-a-service system, superior in both pricing and competitiveness. ServiceNow is designed for large companies, but can also be used in small and medium-sized companies.

Sofigate and ServiceNow have been working together since autumn 2009. Since the collaboration agreement was signed, Sofigate offers ServiceNow’s advanced IT-service management solution to our customers. With the service, customers can automate service processes without any major hardware or software investments. ServiceNow is offered as a full service, where the customer gets all the service components, including licenses, maintenance and project management services from Sofigate.

Sofigate Services Oy uses the ServiceNow systems in providing IT asset- , license-, contract- and cost management services.
