Our ServiceNow–based services are:

Application service:

  • We provide the ServiceNow ITSM-solution for ICT management organizations and ICT service providers.
  • Solutions can be based on a customer specific environment at the customer or a shared customer environment at Sofigate.
  • We deliver ServiceNow also in Finnish.

Implementation service

  • We implement the customer’s ITSM-solution based on the ServiceNow–system.
  • The implementation is done together with the customer. Sofigate participates or takes responsibility in planning the roadmap and processes, configuring the system and holding the trainings.
  • The implementation is done in phases with Sofigate’s methods.

Business support services

  • If agreed, Sofigate takes responsibility on tasks that have traditionally been the customer’s responsibility
  • We can for example take care of the customer’s ICT asset and contract management
  • The customer can also outsource the ServiceNow–system administration to Sofigate.
