Sofigate Denmark is very happy to welcome Zalan Heil as our new ServiceNow Business Executive Lead. We continue to grow our ServiceNow support for companies in Denmark, and are very pleased to have Zalan onboard to further support our clients ServiceNow transformation.
Zalan comes with +10 years of experience working with ServiceNow and has implemented and led +40 ServiceNow projects across Europe and North America. He has experience within ServiceNow ITSM, ITBM, CSM and HR solutions as well as with the ServiceNow Service Portal, Integrations, Custom Application Development, Upgrades and other areas such as ServiceNow Predictive Intelligence and Performance Analytics.
–When I started working with ServiceNow back in 2007 I never imagined how transformative it can become. In the beginning I worked as a presales consultant trying to sell ServiceNow but there were simply too many bumps on the road because at the time many customers had concerns about overseas data centre locations and cloud platform security. Then in 2010 I finally got involved in a ServiceNow project, and luckily that made the difference for me. Since that time I have had the opportunity to work in a wide range of ServiceNow related customer and consulting roles. All this experience has now led to my new role at Sofigate, in which I am eager to continue assisting customers with their ServiceNow workflow automation strategies, plans and implementation challenges, says Heil, when we asked him about his professional background with ServiceNow and thoughts on his new role.
