We are experiencing a rapidly increasing demand for our services, especially within ServiceNow.

Therefore, we are now looking for a ServiceNow Lead in Öresund to manage projects we deliver in Denmark and Southern Sweden with specialists from our entire organization, and to take the lead on building a ServiceNow delivery team based in Öresund.

Role description

We are looking for an exceptional talent that already own the competencies to manage ServiceNow projects, and who can also bring the ambition, vision, and strategic mindset to build our ServiceNow team in Öresund.

The ServiceNow Lead in Öresund will report directly to our Practice Lead in Öresund (head of all technology implementations) and will have the following key responsibilities and tasks:

  • Project Manager of ServiceNow projects, leading cross-border multi-functional project teams consisting of Sofigate’s ServiceNow and IT Service Management experts from all locations
  • Advise and guide clients on ServiceNow best-practices, functionality and architecture
  • Analyzing, identifying and designing business value in projects based on ServiceNow
  • Designing business processes and requirements as well as planning and facilitating workshops
  • Supporting existing clients in our Solution Center

While also focusing heavily on:

  • Building the ServiceNow team in Öresund, setting the ServiceNow strategy together with the Öresund leadership team, driving recruitment, onboarding and training activities, supporting marketing and employer branding activities etc.
  • Connecting with the wider Sofigate community and ServiceNow Center of Excellence, while taking the lead in developing the best-practice ServiceNow delivery methodology in Öresund
  • Growing existing client relationships and taking part in sales activities

Qualifications

We are looking for a super ambitious candidate who wants to embark on an exciting career path within an organization where there is a genuine chance to make an impact and influence the direction for the company and yourself. We also expect that you bring:

  • Deep knowledge and passion for ServiceNow and IT Service Management
  • As a minimum, a bachelor’s degree within a relevant field, e.g., business, economics, innovation or in a technical subject such as computer science, engineering or mathematics
  • 3+ years of experience in roles related to ServiceNow (or similar platform) and IT ServiceManagement from a top consultancy, ServiceNow implementation partner or an industry-leading organization
  • ServiceNow and preferably ITIL certifications
  • Experience with project management and an eagerness to take responsibility
  • Excellent strategic and analytic skills and a mindset for technology
  • Skillset for establishing close collaboration and interacting with clients at all organizational levels, managing complex stakeholder landscapes and facilitating dialogue
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively verbally and in writing
  • Permanent residence in Copenhagen / Malmö area
