Who are we looking for?
As a Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant / Architect, you will be in charge of building out both standard and custom communities.
You will play a pivotal role in providing work estimates for sales proposals, designing scalable Salesforce solutions, and delivering high-quality solutions to our customers. You are familiar with conducting workshops during the pre-sales or pre-study phase. You can take hands-on approach to implementing solution architectures, actively participating in the development and configuration processes. Along this, you efficiently manage multiple projects ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
If you have a passion for Salesforce, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a proven track record in managing complex projects, this is an opportunity you won’t want to miss. To succeed in this role, you need to be fluent preferably in both Finnish and English and your skillset includes:
- Preferably 3+ years Salesforce implementation experience
- Ideally Experience Cloud Consultant Certified
- Experienced in designing and building out custom and standard customer and partner communities and digital self-service solutions
- Competent in UI/UX best practices
- Experienced in leading customer workshops, collecting needs, and designing solutions based on these requirements
- Excellent customer-facing skills and the ability to constructively challenge and convince our customers to come up with the best possible solution
