At the event, highlights for new functionality in ServiceNow’s Madrid version was revealed as well as two interesting case stories from Maersk and Copenhagen Airport. The case stories highlighted how you can benefit from utilizing the extensive possibilities in ServiceNow when looking outside of your usual thinking. All was spiced up with a fantastic location and great food.
