At Sofigate, we’re on an exciting growth journey and expanding our team of 800+ business technology transformation professionals. As we continue to shape the future of digital business, we are now looking for IT Project Managers with a passion for driving impactful change.

You’ll work with varied customer projects; from implementing large platforms or AI capabilities to managing new IT applications. You will take charge of all project management aspects, turning business objectives into technical requirements through planning, delivery and follow-up. You excel at stakeholder management and will often be responsible for communication and change management. Your enthusiasm for exploring and learning new technologies and concepts sets you apart.
You will work with Agile methodologies, DevOps, and POC approaches, and leverage your experience with traditional gate-based methods. You possess a deep curiosity for technology and AI, and you already use AI actively in your work.
To succeed in this role, you likely bring experience from leading or coordinating IT or digital transformation projects, with a strong interest in emerging technologies and a clear ability to translate technical capabilities into tangible business value. You’re familiar with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and proof-of-concept approaches, while also drawing on experience with more traditional gate-based methods. You’re curious by nature, especially when it comes to technology and AI, and you already make active use of AI tools in your daily work.
Your communication and facilitation skills are excellent – you know how to simplify complex topics, tailor your message to different audiences, and bring people together through effective workshops and strong stakeholder alignment. You take pride in your self-leadership and apply a structured, solution-oriented approach to challenges.
With a proven track record of two to five years in business and digital development – whether in areas like AI, ServiceNow, Salesforce, ERP, ITSM, or CRM – you’re a natural team player who combines empathy for both customers and stakeholders with a collaborative mindset. Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken, rounds out your profile.
