Sofigate’s relationship with Ikano started in 2016 when Sofigate was engaged by the CIO to put a new Operating Model in place, for a structured way of handling demands from the business and the development and deployment of services to solve those demands. With ServiceNow as the natural platform for enabling the Business Technology Operating Model, Ikano and Sofigate were and are a perfect match. Sofigate’s partnership with ServiceNow goes back to 2009 we have extensive experience in solving different customer challenges with our team of 150+ ServiceNow specialists all across the broad NOW platform.

Ikano is one of the more mature ServiceNow customers in the Nordic market, using most of the platform for its different Business Operations. Sofigate is Ikano’s primary partner for ServiceNow governance and development for ITSM, ITOM, Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Cost Management. With Ikano’s targets for growth, the development of the Business Technology framework and the ever expanding ServiceNow platform we see even more potential for Ikano and Sofigate to realize mutual value from our relationship in the future.
