In the Impossible? Possible initiative, six young talents spent six months exploring whether AI could become part of the solution to youth unemployment. They worked with more than 100 young people, 15 experts and a 13-member Youth AI Advisory Board to understand how AI is changing the first steps into working life – and what young people, employers and society may need to rethink.
Along the way, the team also designed and built four AI agents to support young people with real challenges on their journey into work.

The initiative uncovered six signals that challenge familiar assumptions about young people, work and AI.
They raise questions about how expertise develops when entry-level work changes, what employers should value in young talent, which human capabilities become more important with AI, and how young people can build agency in a less predictable world of work.
The findings ask us to look beyond whether young people are ready for the future of work – and consider whether the future of work is ready for them.
