Ville Väärälä appointed as Vice President for Public Sector business in Nordics
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Ville Väärälä as the Vice President of Public Sector Business for the Nordics region. In this role, Ville Väärälä will bring his extensive experience and expertise in the Public Sector and Healthcare to lead and expand Sofigate’s presence in the public sector across the Nordics.
With over 15 years of distinguished experience in various roles within the IT industry, Ville Väärälä brings a wealth of knowledge, his networks from public sector customers and a proven track record of success to his new position. Before joining Sofigate, he served as the Head of Healthcare Business at Fujitsu Finland, where he played a pivotal role in driving innovation and growth within the healthcare sector.
Ville Väärälä’s career in the IT industry has been marked by a diverse range of roles, including Head of Sales, Service Director, Consultant and Business Manager, with a focus on serving public and enterprise customers across Europe. His ability to understand and address the unique challenges and opportunities faced by organizations in the region has earned him a reputation for delivering exceptional results.
In addition to his professional achievements, Ville Väärälä holds a Master’s degree in Behavioural Sciences from the University of Helsinki, a testament to his commitment to understanding the human elements that drive successful IT solutions and partnerships.
