Lead the next phase of growth in one of the Nordics’ most important markets. At Sofigate, we are accelerating our growth in Sweden – and we’re now looking for a Country Manager to lead and scale our business.

This is a pivotal leadership role where you will drive one of our most strategic markets, shaping its direction and accelerating its growth. Sweden represents Sofigate’s largest market opportunity in the Nordics, and we have set a clear ambition—to double our business.

Your role

As Country Manager – Sweden, you will lead the business across sales, customers, and people—combining hands-on sales leadership with long-term business building.

  • Execute and lead the growth agenda for Sweden.

  • Lead strategic sales and actively engage in C-level customer dialogues.

  • Build and lead a high-performing organisation.

  • Shape and execute go-to-market strategy as part of the Group Sales leadership team.

  • Accelerate growth in the Swedish market and ecosystem.

  • Drive the deployment and scaling of proven service concepts and operating models.

  • Act as a key driver of Sofigate’s growth by combining local market insight with Nordic platform strength.

What you’ll have around you

You will work closely with Sofigate Group leadership, business unit leaders, and our Nordic organisation. You will also leverage the largest transformation centre of excellence in the Nordics, strong platform partnerships, and our growing AI capabilities.

What you bring

  • 10–15+ years of experience in consulting, IT services, or transformation-driven businesses.

  • Experience from senior leadership roles such as Country Manager, Sales Director, Business Unit Lead, or Managing Director.

  • Proven track record of driving growth and closing large, complex deals.

  • Strong ability to engage and influence CXO-level stakeholders.

  • Experience with platform-driven business models (e.g. ServiceNow, Salesforce, or similar).

  • Strong commercial mindset and experience in growth environments.

  • Fluency in both Swedish and English.
