The story of Sofigate Poland
At Sofigate, we are proud of our community of more than 800 professionals across Europe, out of which 40 of them are based in Poland. Our Polish colleagues form a strong Salesforce Center of Excellence, supporting our clients every day with dedication and expertise.
From the very beginning of our operations, the team has built everything from scratch with a guiding principle: “quality first, not quantity.” This mindset has proved to be a winning formula. Today, the Polish team plays a central role in shaping Sofigate’s Salesforce Excellence Center – a milestone that truly deserves recognition.
Growth – how we became Sofigators
The journey towards Sofigate Poland began in 2018 when Piotr Maksim and Łukasz Tomankiewicz founded the technical services company Carboncherry. In 2020, Carboncherry expanded into consulting, focusing on boutique Salesforce expertise. By the end of 2021, the team had grown from a 5 person team to 11 specialists and began a partnership with Sofigate at the beginning of 2023.
From there, growth has only accelerated. By the end of 2023, the Polish entity had doubled its size to 22 consultants, and today 40 Sofigators are guiding clients through Salesforce implementations with passion and excellence.
Attracting talent – a thoughtful recruitment process
Great people bring great results, and that has definitely been a key ingredient in the Polish success. The Polish team has built a recruitment process that is consistently praised by candidates for its clarity, professionalism, and human touch.
The journey as a Sofigator in Poland starts with a conversation with HR, that covers all areas from soft skills to Salesforce experience. Next the applicants move to the technical stage, which includes a well-prepared interview that verifies the applicants knowledge and capabilities while maintaining a friendly, stress-free atmosphere. The process ends with quick decisions and constructive feedback, ensuring that candidates leave with a positive experience, whether they join us or return later with improved skills.

Dare – experience matters
Our Polish Salesforce team has an average of 8 years of hands-on experience, and their expertise is backed up by certifications. Out of more than 500 Salesforce certificates across Sofigate, nearly 400 belong to our Polish colleagues. In 2025 alone, they achieved over 100 new certifications.
As Marcin Krzych, CTO Poland, explains:

Internal initiatives – excellence from within
Our leaders in Poland constantly challenge themselves to innovate and improve:
Delivery Model – designed by Andrzej Pajda to ensure best practices and high-quality standards.
Pre-sales Task Force – led by Paweł Burzak, enabling close collaboration between sales and developers to prepare optimal solutions and estimates.
Internal Salesforce Org – managed by Łukasz Lelakowski, ensuring our own systems reflect the quality we deliver.
These initiatives reflect our culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Care – our people, our strength
Behind our success stands a strong team spirit. We believe that talent should be recognised and celebrated. The Polish team has created an Appreciation Program, awarding colleagues in categories such as Team Player, Business Impact, and Technical Excellence. Titles like Star and Rocket motivate individuals and highlight the extraordinary work being done.
Twice a year, the team gathers with colleagues, customers, and partners to celebrate achievements and share knowledge. These moments build stronger connections and reinforce the team spirit that defines Sofigate Poland.
As Elżbieta Kuwałek, HR Manager, explains:

This supportive culture doesn’t stop at the office. Our team cares for one another beyond working hours, creating friendships and trust that naturally reflect in client relationships.
Atmosphere – remote, yet connected
Although the Polish team works fully remotely from over six cities, they have created a warm, supportive, and friendly atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable from the very beginning.
How do they achieve this? By constantly investing in relationships:
Summits twice a year – bringing the team, partners, and clients together. Creating a space for workshops, updates and activities building the team spirit
Local meetups each quarter – escape rooms, game nights, dinners, and other activities to build bonds.
Friday coffee calls – virtual chats that replace “kitchen talks” from office days.
Sports challenges and events – a lively Slack channel, full of photos, records, and motivation.
Industry events – representing Sofigate and sharing knowledge with the wider community.
When we recently hosted a summit in Warsaw with Salesforce partners, the feedback was overwhelmingly positive. Our guests could clearly see the unique atmosphere and professionalism of our people. That makes us truly proud.
Looking ahead
Today, Sofigate Poland is not only a Salesforce Excellence Hub but also expanding into new areas. In September 2025, we opened our first position in the Platform Stream – Senior Oracle Cloud Engineer – a step towards exploring broader opportunities.
We are proud of the path we’ve taken and excited about the road ahead. With expertise, courage, and care, our Polish team continues to grow, ready to guide clients, challenge ideas, and deliver excellence every step of the way.
