Sofigate AI Agent strategy drives breakthrough results – new business unit to extend success to customers

Sofigate’s ambitious strategy to agentise all employees by the end of 2025 is already showing remarkable results in trials: employees become more versatile, productivity rises, and work quality is standardised to best performer level. This breakthrough stems from Sofigate’s AI Agent Program launched earlier this year, with a €3 million investment to industrialise AI agent training, development, scalable architecture, deployment, and governance. Building on these achievements, Sofigate now establishes a new business unit to deliver the same benefits to customers and also appoints Chief Capability Officer Niina Uusi-Autti as Sofigate’s Deputy CEO.

Disruptive AI: Sofigate guides customers into the era of enterprise AI services

To scale the impact of its AI Agent Program beyond its own organisation, Sofigate is establishing a new Disruptive AI business unit. The mission of this unit is clear: to plan and lead customers’ transformation into the new era of enterprise AI services. By moving beyond fragmented experiments, enterprises can unlock scalable and structured AI adoption that reshapes the way their businesses operate.

Chief Capability Officer Niina Uusi-Autti will lead the ramp-up of the new business unit, and alongside this responsibility she has been appointed Deputy CEO of Sofigate.
