We are looking for a ServiceNow – Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our Technology Solutions business and play a key role in driving innovation, growth, and technological leadership in the Danish market.
In this position, you will be a core member of the leadership team, contributing to the development of a world-class consulting practice. You will combine strategic vision with hands-on execution, working closely with customers and colleagues to create real business value.
Your role
As a CTO, you will act as a visionary leader and innovation architect, collaborating closely with developers to help our customers achieve their ambitions through ServiceNow. You will play a key role in shaping and evolving our offerings while ensuring we remain ahead in a competitive market.
You operate strategically, tactically and operationally – from shaping vision and offerings to actively participating in customer engagements and sales.
Key responsibilities

Drive the technology vision and innovation agenda with ServiceNow

Design solutions and architectures that create long-term customer value

Identify new business opportunities and actively support sales

Participate in sales meetings with potential new or existing customers

Lead and develop our offerings

Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders

Facilitate innovation workshops and help customers realize their vision

Demonstrate thought leadership through events, webinars, and content creation

Contribute to delivery in selected key customer cases as a subject matter expert

Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Your profile
You are a business-driven ServiceNow leader with a strong ability to inspire and build trust, both internally and with clients. You thrive in a role where strategy, customer engagement, and execution come together.
We believe you have:

Relevant academic background in technology and/or business

Minimum 5+ years of experience developing and implementing modules on the ServiceNow Platform

Ability to work both strategically and operationally in a growth environment

Proven track record in developing offerings and driving business growth

Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders
-
Experience in CX or digital transformation is considered a plus
-
Fluency in Danish and English
