Functional Salesforce Sales & Revenue Cloud Consultant
We are looking for a Functional Salesforce Sales Cloud & Revenue Cloud Consultant / Solution Architect who can walk into a workshop and confidently lead a discussion such as: “Let’s first understand how your sales organization creates value today, where the bottlenecks are in your lead-to-order and quote-to-cash processes, and what business outcomes you are trying to achieve. Once we understand that, we will determine how much can be solved with standard Salesforce capabilities and where configuration or custom development is actually justified.”
At Sofigate you will act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, combining presales consulting, solution design, business process transformation, and hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud delivery.
What you will do

Lead customer workshops to understand business goals, sales processes and commercial challenges.

Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud solutions.

Advise customers on standard configuration versus customization.

Define solution roadmaps, user stories and acceptance criteria.

Collaborate with architects, developers and customer stakeholders throughout delivery.

Help customers identify practical AI use cases that create measurable business value.
We expect you to have

Strong experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud consulting and business process transformation.

Experience facilitating workshops, challenging customer assumptions and translating business needs into Salesforce solutions.

Solid understanding of B2B sales processes, CRM operating models and Revenue Lifecycle Management (Lead-to-Order / Quote-to-Cash).

Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud concepts, including CPQ, pricing and quote-to-cash processes.

Good understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, automation, data model and security principles.

Understanding of AI capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem, such as Agentforce and Einstein, and the ability to identify business use cases where AI creates value.

Ability to advise on standard Salesforce functionality versus customization and understand common integration and solution architecture principles.

Experience defining roadmaps, prioritizing requirements and supporting successful solution delivery.

At least five years of experience in Salesforce implementations, CRM modernization or sales transformation initiatives.

Relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Revenue Cloud Accreditation, AI Associate or Agentforce-related certification .

Strong communication skills in both Finnish and English
