We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Senior Program Manager / Interim IT Leader
to join our team.
The team you will be working in specializes in managing complex multi-stream programs that can be carve-outs or greenfield software implementations. In addition there is frequent need to fill out interim CIO/CTO/CDO positions in our customers’ organizations. Your leadership skills will be put to test as you work in interim positions: you build IT and process capabilities, budget and lead programs and projects, manage cross functional and organizational teams and collaborate directly with executives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading large scale projects/programs, sparring with management teams and guiding organizations to the right direction. This role requires a can-do attitude because you will be the first person to break ground at the customer – you will build everything from scratch. Sometimes you work on your own without a direct supporting team and sometimes you can hand pick your team.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Hands-on involvement in designing, building and operating business and IT
- Designing IT operating models and business processes
- Program managment and team leadership
- Strategic advisory and IT leadership
- Customer relationship management and collaboration with Sales to find growth opportunities
What we expect from you:
- Excellent people management skills, over 8 years of leadership experience
- Strong program management and change management experience, over 8 years experience
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Enterprise applications (ERP,CRM,HCM) and Copilot/ChatGPT/LLM’s experience
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong references
