Fidelix chose Sofigate to help them to modernize their business processes with SAP Business ByDesign
Business technology and digitalization expert Sofigate and supplier of building automation systems, Fidelix, have signed software licenses and project delivery agreements. Sofigate will help Fidelix to digitalize its business processes and to implement modern cloud based ERP, SAP Business ByDesign. The solution includes all core business processes including also CRM and travel and expense management.
Fidelix develops and produces intelligent and reliable building automation systems. The company has 12 regional offices and around 40 partners in Finland and dozens of partners in Sweden served by local subsidiary. Fidelix exports its products to countries such as Norway, India, Great Britain, the Baltic countries, China and Russia.

Fidelix aims to double its revenue by 2020 and to expand its business to other Nordic countries. With the help of new cloud ERP, the company can digitalize and integrate all its core business functions from sales to project management and financials, procure to production and supply chain management. SAP Business ByDesign is designed for medium-sized growth companies and suits well for project-based services companies like Fidelix.

In January 2018, Sofigate strengthened their offering by acquiring Headstart, which specializes in enterprise resource planning solutions and consultancy services.
