ServiceNow and Sofigate help businesses and organisations tackle the challenges due to COVID-19

ServiceNow, the world’s leading service management company, has developed four free-of-charge COVID-19 apps for companies and public sector organisations. With the apps organisations have a clear picture of employee contagion or exposure to coronavirus faster than with manual tracking. Also, the apps can coordinate employee tasks and activity as the situation changes rapidly.

Originally designed for Washington State’s Department of Health, the applications can also automate interference management and resource management.

Sofigate, the biggest partner of ServiceNow in the Nordics, has already started to help customers implement the new tools. Janne Rekonen, managing director of Sofigate Services, says that Sofigate has made the deployment of the apps as fast and easy as possible for ServiceNow customers.

“With these apps ServiceNow offers a helping hand globally. They are much needed also in Nordic organisations and we can implement them for customers’ ServiceNow environments in a couple of working days”, Janne Rekonen says.

COVID-19 apps are covered by ServiceNow support and they are translated and localised to suit Nordic users. The configurations of the apps cover the specific needs created by the coronavirus, but they can also help manage other exceptional circumstances and to provide a snapshot of a situation.
