Sofigate strengthens its Swedish organisation through six key appointments

Sofigate continues to strengthen its presence in Sweden through a series of strategic appointments that support our next phase of growth. 

Sweden is one of Sofigate’s most promising growth markets and offers the largest potential in the Nordics. As organisations increasingly look for practical ways to combine AI, technology and transformation, we see significant opportunities to expand our impact and help customers create measurable business value. 

To support this, we have made a combination of strategic external hires and internal leadership appointments. Daniel Aglöv, Christian Cedercreutz, Frederick Wennmark and Stefan Jansson join us in new roles, while Josefin Ackrell and Johan Haglund take on expanded responsibilities within the company. 

Driving customer value and transformation 

As part of our continued investment in the Swedish market, Christian Cedercreutz joins Sofigate as Business Executive, Transformations Sweden. In this role, he will drive profitable growth across Transformations Sweden by strengthening strategic customer relationships, expanding commercial offerings, and attracting top talent. 

Christian is a senior business and transformation leader with close to 30 years of experience in international leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Managing Director for Pedab Finland. 

“I’m delighted to join the Sofigate family and build on the strong foundation already in place. There is a great opportunity ahead of us to create value for our customers,” says Christian. 

At the same time, Josefin Ackrell takes the next step in her Sofigate journey by moving into a new role as Customer Executive for Sweden as part of Group-level Strategic Sales. 

Josefin previously served as Business Executive for Transformations Sweden and has played an important role in the organisation’s development. Now she will focus on cross-business sales, combining Transformation, Platforms and AI offerings. 

“Stepping into my new role as Customer Executive in Sweden brings me even closer to what I’m most passionate about: building meaningful customer relationships and driving growth,” says Josefin.

Helping customers turn AI ambitions into business value 

Daniel Aglöv joins Sofigate as Customer Executive to support customers in navigating business transformation in the age of AI. His background spans sales, business development and leadership roles in both international organisations and growth companies. 

“What impressed me about Sofigate was the ability to connect technological innovation with real organisational change. Many companies are strong either in technology or in strategy, but fewer can bridge those worlds in a practical way,” says Daniel. 

In his new role, Daniel will help organisations turn AI experimentation into tangible outcomes while supporting customer growth across the Swedish market.  

Expanding ServiceNow expertise 

As Sofigate grows in Sweden, the company prepares for larger and more complex customer engagements. 

Frederick Wennmark joins Sofigate as Head of Customer Outcomes Sweden. With more than 30 years of experience in enterprise technology, Frederick brings deep expertise in large-scale procurement processes, solution shaping and customer engagement. His role combines pre-sales and business development. 

Prior to joining Sofigate, Frederick spent more than seven years at ServiceNow, where he helped build the Nordic and Swedish pre-sales consulting organisation. 

“In the ServiceNow partner landscape, Sofigate holds a unique position. We help our customers organise, simplify and transform their business with the power of ServiceNow,” says Frederick. 

In addition, Johan Haglund takes on a new role as Business CTO for the ServiceNow stream. He will focus on business development and continue working closely with selected customers as a trusted advisor. He will also help strengthen architectural leadership across the organisation.

Customer Executive Stefan Jansson recently joined the ServiceNow stream in a solution sales role. With eight years at ServiceNow leading services sales across the Nordics, he brings extensive experience and a strong network.  

Together, these key appointments strengthen our ability to help Swedish organisations turn AI, technology and transformation into measurable business value. Christian, Josefin, Daniel, Frederick, Johan and Stefan each bring different strengths, but share a common focus: helping customers navigate change and achieve their goals.
