As our Senior Data and AI Lead, you act as a technical advisor for senior executives to plan and execute AI Transformations. With a technical background in data & AI development, you turn business visions into technical implementation plans, target architecture, and solution descriptions. You are also responsible for leading technical teams in the implementation of enterprise agentic AI platforms. You also play a key role in both business development and solution delivery.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for experienced technical advisors, who lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale AI and data solutions, and support business transformation through GenAI and Agentic AI.
Your key responsibilities are to:
• Provide deep technical consulting for enterprise AI adoption
• Design and implement scalable GenAI and Agentic AI systems
• Support presales and business development with proposals and solution approaches
• Act as a trusted advisor in AI-transformation programmes
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
• Develop internal capabilities in GenAI and Agentic AI
What we expect from you:
• 8+ years as a technical advisor in large data and AI programmes
• Experience working with GenAI models and agent-based AI systems
• Proven ability to lead client engagements successfully
• Bonus: Familiarity with cloud platforms and/or core business platforms (e.g. Salesforce, ServiceNow), technical presales, and enterprise transformation projects
• Strong communication skills in English. Finnish skills are considered an advantage.
As part of the Disruptive AI team, you will:
• Influence the direction and strategy of AI-driven transformation as part of a multidisciplinary team, to transform industries and businesses with AI.
• Design and implement AI operating models in collaboration with world-leading companies and technology platforms.
• Unlock the benefits of the Sofigate Enterprise AI services and work alongside other inspiring business and technology leaders to solve real-world challenges.
• Help define best practices in a rapidly evolving field.
