We are looking for a Business Executive (BUEX) to lead our Service Integration business unit — one of Sofigate’s most significant and diverse units. This is a leadership role with full business ownership and high impact on our growth strategy.
You will lead a unit of over 100 professionals across six highly capable teams, offering a comprehensive range of service integration and management solutions. These include:
- Service management and integration expertise, such as building and running Service Management Offices (SMO), managing multi-vendor ecosystems, and leading large transformation programs
- IT operations and financial management, including tooling and platforms like Apptio and Proven Optics
- Core IT services, such as service desk, end-user support, on-site services, workstation management, networking, and cybersecurity
- Enterprise applications, including ERP and cloud-based systems like SAP, SAP ByDesign, Oracle HCM, and NetSuite
These teams operate within the SIAM (Service Integration and Management) framework, and together they enable our customers to build resilient, scalable, and value-driven service ecosystems.
In this role, you will:
- Own the P&L of the Service Integration business unit and lead its strategic and operational development
- Lead a team of experienced professionals, ensuring capability development, high performance, and strong team spirit
- Shape and execute the go-to-market and profitability strategy, in alignment with Sofigate’s growth targets
- Strengthen client relationships at the C-level, acting as a trusted advisor on topics such as service integration, AI, and digital transformation
- Drive national-level development in areas like sales models, delivery frameworks, and talent practices
- Make strategic business decisions related to offerings, pricing, and portfolio optimization
- Collaborate across Sofigate’s ecosystem and business units to build integrated customer value
- Lead by example in customer-facing work — this is a highly customer-centric role, and success requires a deep understanding of the customer interface and an ability to succeed in it, together with your team
- Contribute to Sofigate Finland’s extended leadership team and actively shape the future as part of the BT Integrator management team, led by Mikko Saari (VP, BT Integrator)
- Take full ownership of the business unit while receiving strong support from the leadership team, peers, and experienced leads across the organization
- Be the visible leader of the business unit — representing Sofigate with clients and in the market, both in Finland and internationally, while actively driving new initiatives and transformations
- Do all this in a team where ambition runs high — and humor is never in short supply.

We believe you bring:
- 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, digital business development, or solution selling
- Proven experience in P&L ownership and business leadership with measurable commercial outcomes
- Strong background in service management, integration, and operations
- Ability to lead and scale expert teams with a performance and growth-oriented mindset
- Experience in solution selling and C-level stakeholder engagement
- Excellent communication (fluency in Finnish and English), influence, and prioritization skills
- Resilient, structured, and forward-looking approach in a constantly evolving environment
- A respected leader with the credibility to represent the business in the external market
- The vision and courage to champion renewal and expand influence nationally and internationally

This position is a permanent, full-time position. The preferred start date is in autumn, but this can be discussed based on availability. The primary work location is our Helsinki office on Porkkalankatu 1. While we support a hybrid working model, regular weekly presence at the office is expected as part of the role.
