We are growing and are now seeking a Customer Executive who is a deal maker and a team player. You understand and practice value-selling and are highly motivated to learn and spar together with customers and colleagues to find fit-for-purpose solutions for the customer. You believe in the power of the ServiceNow platform in solving customers’ business issues with automated workflows and AI solutions.
What we expect from you:
- Commercial drive & solution selling expertise: You have a proven record of successful sales and a deep understanding of how to position complex solutions to solve customer problems.
- Platform & business understanding: You’re familiar with business technology platforms (preferably ServiceNow, but experience with other comparable platforms is also valued) and can translate their capabilities into value for customers.
- Leading by example: You set the bar high for sales material and presentations, doing it by yourself, not just by delegating.
- Team Collaboration: You understand that success takes a village, and you get the kicks out of winning together as a team. You collaborate smoothly with different stakeholders and colleagues.
- Language Skills: You communicate fluently in Finnish and English, both spoken and written.
- Passion for customers’ business: You have a deep understanding of customer needs and continuously seek to learn more from them. You are skilled at engaging and influencing C-level decision-makers with confidence and expertise.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Executive, you will:
- Deliver sales results by identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new business opportunities
- Manage and grow assigned customer accounts, including large enterprises
- Lead and inspire bid teams to secure new deals
- Create and present high-quality proposals and solution materials
- Negotiate project, service, and license agreements
- Bring business value to customers from the very first meeting
