Sofigate is growing fast, and we are now seeking for a highly motivated Customer Executive who is a deal maker and a team player. You understand and practice value-selling and are highly motivated to learn and spar together with customers and colleagues to find fit-for-purpose solutions for the customer. You believe in the power of the ServiceNow platform in solving customers’ business issues with automated workflows and AI solutions.


What we expect from you:

  • Deal Maker: You have a strong track record of successful sales, and you believe your earnings should reflect your sales success.
  • Versatile Background: You have a diverse sales experience including solution and value selling, combined with an understanding of low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Leader by example: You set the bar high for sales material and presentations, doing it by yourself, not just by delegating.
  • Team Player: You understand that success takes a village, and you get the kicks out of winning together as a team. You also collaborate with different stakeholders/people smoothly and communicate fluently in Finnish and in English.
  • Passion for customers business: You have a deep understanding of customer needs and continuously seek to learn more from them. You are skilled at engaging and influencing C-level decision-makers with confidence and expertise.


Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales targets and our ServiceNow business growth by:

  • Actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Fostering and strengthening existing customer relationships
  • Winning the trust of our highly valued team of ServiceNow experts
  • Leading bid teams to secure new business
  • Creating and presenting high-quality proposal material
  • Negotiating project, service and license agreements
