DACH ServiceNow Customer Executive

Sofigate is growing rapidly, and we are now looking for an experienced and self-driven ServiceNow Customer Executive to join us as a freelancer / contractor and help drive our business in the DACH region. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new clients and achieve revenue targets for our service offering.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead prospecting, qualification and engagement, with a focus on DACH region.
  • Present Sofigate’s services and solutions to clients and communicate their business value effectively, including our unique value propositions and differentiators.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to create business solutions that meet client needs, leveraging our deep ServiceNow expertise and our delivery capabilities.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and build industry knowledge and represent Sofigate as a thought leader in the ServiceNow ecosystem.

What will make you successful in this role:

  • 5+ years of experience in selling enterprise software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of technology and how to succeed in an enterprise SaaS and services sales environment focused on ServiceNow and Salesforce consulting.
  • Engaging and creative communication and presenting skills, with fluency in German and English.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving new business growth.
  • Existing network and business relationships in the DACH region.
  • Experience with business-to-business (B2B) sales, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex client environments and stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel as needed within the DACH region.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Fluent knowledge of both German and English languanges.
