Would you like to join the leading business technology company in the Nordics? Do you speak both business and technology fluently? If yes, keep reading!
Sofigate is growing fast and we’re looking for a Functional Salesforce Consultant to join our Nonprofit team. We’re looking for someone with a growth mindset possessing a genuine interest in how technology and business is changing the world.
Sofigate’s goal is to become the leading transformative Salesforce partner in Northern Europe. By 2025, the company targets a revenue of EUR 500 million and the Salesforce business is estimated to bring 10% of the revenue, employ over 250 Salesforce professionals and serve over 100 customers. Come and leave your own fingerprint to this growth journey!
You will be an integral part of our agile and transformative Salesforce team. We combine a transformative business perspective to the latest technology knowledge and help organizations make better use of Salesforce and customer data. We are more business-minded than a typical technology partner – we possess leading design and transformation capabilities. We help our customers harness the power of the whole organization to serve the customer.
What’s in it for you?
Want to work with world-class technologies, best-in-class management practices and a team of experts? You’re in the right place with us. You’ll get to work with meaningful projects where you really make a difference in top notch assignments – our nonprofit customers include organizations like The Martha Association, The Mannerheim League for Child Welfare, MIELI Mental Health Finland, Amnesty International, and UN Women.
We support your goals by helping you shape your career and skills. We invest in our people’s continuous development offering different certificates and trainings e.g., Salesforce training and Business Technology training in Malaga. And you always have your experienced colleagues to support you. We also give you an opportunity to enjoy the world’s best (our opinion 😉) company band, SofiE’s, gigs.
The beauty of our work is the variety of it: whenever you feel like you want something new, you can look for a new assignment, role or learn new skills. However, our workplace is not ready, we are developing and improving our processes in an agile manner and looking for talent who want to develop the community further.
Who are we looking for?
As a Functional Salesforce Consultant, you’ll be working on various Salesforce projects. Your role is to design and implement Salesforce solutions for our nonprofit organization clients. You’re willing to take a Project Manager role on customer projects or work as a Customer Success Manager for continuous service clients. Your job description is diverse, and you’ll have the opportunity to work in various roles in projects and continuous development and maintenance services.
To succeed in this role, you have the following skills:
- Knowledge and experience about core Salesforce clouds, especially Salesforce Platform and Salesforce Sales Cloud. In particular, we appreciate former experience about fundraising processes, processes associated with managing donors and donations, and Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack. However, most importantly, you are willing to learn the nonprofit side.
- Knowledge about other CRM systems used in nonprofit organizations
- Project management and coordination skills
- Knowledge and experience about designing Salesforce-based solutions
- Ability to design and work with integrations (With a Salesforce developer and/or an Integration Architect)
You’re fluent in both Finnish and English. You desire to learn and update your skills related to new platform versions, certifications, company’s concepts, and best practices. As a consultant, you are customer-focused and have a passion to work with nonprofit organizations. You are able to guide and lead your own work, make a positive impact on our clients, and help them achieve their goals.
