Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an ITSM business analyst consultant who like to pursue a career within business automation, working with the most innovative solutions on the market, ServiceNow.
This time, we are exclusively seeking a contractor colleague who feels comfortable in an independent, fully remote role.
Within the Platforms team we collaborate with our customers in finding the next innovative solution that will support the customer to achieve better business results. Our work includes clear requirement specifications gathering involving both process and technology aspects. We always base our advice and implementations on proven best practices. Working as our customers’ trusted architects, we secure the platform for the future, and provide solutions to support their business demands. We work agile with prototyping to show early effects and opportunities.
To sum it up, you’ll benefit from the following skills:
- 4+ years experience with ITSM processes with demonstrated experience of customer consulting
- Business fluency in German and English are both essential
- Passion about ITSM and ESM and lifelong learning
- Implementation experience of ServiceNow is nice to have, however willingness to learn ServiceNow is a must
- Self driven attitude and able to work independently
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with our Swiss customers to be able to deliver the best quality solutions to them
- Lead ServiceNow ITSM assignments with customers and developer teams
- Participate in agile ServiceNow ITSM projects, stand ups, sprints, development, etc.
- Support and improve existing customers’ ServiceNow ITSM features
