We are now looking for a Risk Management professional to join our Enterprise Solutions team. We are looking for someone with broad experience in risk management and regulations, who can provide support to our customers and ServiceNow team. This is your opportunity to be involved in developing future services (such as IT, HR, finance), customer service and business workflows from risk management perspective. By digitizing and automating processes and services, we enable smarter work for people and a better service experience for customers and end users, leading to the success of our customers.
What we expect from you:
- Solid experience in risk management and regulations (eg.in banking)
- Experience in working in IT projects and / or working in consulting
- Expertise for defining and planning business processes from risk management perspective
- Genuine interest in helping the customers
- English and Finnish skills (due to customer expectations)
ServiceNow experience is considered a plus, but if you’re not an expert yet, no worries, we will provide the necessary training.

- Sales oriented, able to discuss with customers up to C-level
- Curious and willing to learn
- Collaborative and you like to share knowledge
- Able to take the lead
