Sofigate is growing fast and we’re looking for a Scrum Master to join our team of +800 business technology transformation professionals.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone who understands agile methodologies and can apply them on a team level and can lead their team into success.
You will work in varied customer projects as a Scrum Master. You will lead teams that are often comprised of individuals from multiple organizations and are able to introduce agile methodologies and best practices for the team to work effectively. Coaching and helping the team to achieve their goals is a great motivator for you. Proactiveness and problem-solving attitude is a part of your nature. In essence, you are the catalyst that makes things run smoothly.
To sum it up, what we expect:
- Experience & skills in Scrum Master role, minimum 1-2 years as full time Scrum Master
- Experience and preferably certification in at least one agile framework such as SAFe or Scrum
- Experience in setting up and running the team’s work in the typical agile development tools such as Atlassian toolset and/or Azure DevOps
- Ability to coach and develop the team further
- Great communication skills in Finnish and in English to help you effectively work with our customers
- Ability to match Agile methodologies with traditional Waterfall elements like fixed go-live dates and gate governance
