We are seeking Service Management professionals
with a specialized focus on SAP. In this role, you will take charge of overseeing business technology services as a service manager and play a pivotal role in developing Service Management and Service Integration and Management (SIAM) capabilities either directly for our customers or in collaboration with them.
Your expertise should extend to efficiently managing SAP Service Delivery, encompassing both consulting and support roles. Ideally, you have successfully managed complex integrated SAP landscapes, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of integration tools and services that support the SAP environment. Your comfort in operating in both operational and project management capacities is crucial.

You will be joining a team of seasoned professionals ready to offer support and share their knowledge with you.
We expect you to have experience in at least the following areas:
- Service Management and related practices
Expertise in the following areas will be considered advantageous:
- Service Integration and Management (SIAM)
- IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms like ServiceNow, Remedy Force, etc.
- Project Management
- Data analytics
- Configuration Management/Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Automation/AI in services/processes
