Who are we looking for?
Either you are seasoned TA professional or are more in the beginning of your career with at least 2-3 years recruitment experience, this might be your role. We have lot of recruitment competence in our organization, but in this position, it´s the primary focus.
We promise that you can fully concentrate on executing recruitment projects for various consultant teams to meet Sofigate´s hiring needs. Another important aspect is to support our hiring managers in recruitments. Your role includes sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates along referrals and negotiating job offers. For us, it´s essential to find cultural fits and adds also valuing diversity. As a TA professional, you understand the power of the candidate experience and what it takes to maintain it throughout the recruitment process.
You will have the opportunity to participate in our employer branding initiatives, such as events in schools, while also taking on the responsibility of being superuser for our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
If the following aspects fit and resonate with you, you will succeed and enjoy working in this role:
- Min. 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in IT industry
- Hands on experience with candidate sourcing as well as managing recruitment processes
- Proven track record of making candidates valued and respected regardless of outcome
- Good knowledge of ATS tools and job boards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be proactive and take ownership of your work and collaborate with different stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- English proficiency and also fluent Finnish are required due to our focus on Finnish candidate market in this role
