Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone who is business-oriented and has the ability to understand how business translates into digital and technical capabilities and solutions. You are a problem-solver who’s used to fast-paced work, and have knowledge on working with different delivery models and frameworks, like agile, waterfall, portfolio management, demand planning, service mgmt. etc.
You’ll work in varied customer assignments as a project manager, scrum master, agile coach or business developer. You have a track-record of getting from point A to B in a systematic way. As we have our proven concepts available and we develop them all the time, we’re looking for someone who’s willing to learn continuously, systematically, and enthusiastically. We hope you are also curious about the story and the people behind the project.
We value experience, but more importantly, we value the right attitude. You will succeed with us if you:
- have a natural way of building customer relations and recognize sales opportunities
- have 3-5 years of relevant work experience, especially as a management consultant within IT
- have hands-on experience in one or more of the following subjects: IT strategy, digital transformation, organization design, agile transformation, cloud technologies, enterprise architecture, sourcing and vendor management, analytics and business intelligence
- have excellent communication and coaching skills in both Swedish and English
- thrive in a high-energy and team-oriented environment
- Have a great sense of humour – we like to have fun while we work
