The ServiceNow Knowledge 2019 conference is coming to an end and our ServiceNow experts at Sofigate has aggregated the most essential take aways from the event below.
During the ServiceNow Conference in Las Vegas, there were two clear messages in the keynote presentation “We make the world of work, work better for people” and “How to build great experience”
So, what’s the outcome and the key take away from the conference and does the message match the outcome?
- Mobile, mobile… and some cool features related to mobile such as voice recognition, Natural Language Understanding and Mobile studio are one of the main messages during the conference.
- New workspaces, easy way of work, monitor, managing your daily work.
- New AI (Agent Intelligence) capability.
- Database performance optimization
- And No-coding solution!
The no-code solution and fast development
To help customers in the development process of building new intuitive mobile or workflow solution, while nowadays everything is going faster and faster, it is great that ServiceNow focuses more on user experience and new no-code solution. These will help customers to build new applications fast and easy, and allow them to publish at lower cost and with less effort. One great example; the new ‘Mobile Studio’ development tool that was implemented in Madrid release a few months ago. The solution delivers a number of tools that will help the user to create new mobile apps. Most importantly, you can now make new mobile solution without any coding experience.
The same conclusion applies for when building new complex workflows in flow designer, or new integration towards the new integration hub. You don’t need any script code experience.
So what do you need?
Today, you need Business and Process to understand each other in order to help customers deliver new innovative solution and great customer experience.
No complex code solution will create faster development cycles, disruptive business models. And, increased competition is highlighting the increasingly essential role of technology and automation in business.
