Integration technologies reach the next stage in their evolution – Sofigate rises to the challenge by entering into a partnership with Jitterbit
Sofigate announces a cooperation agreement with Jitterbit, a US integration platform provider
Sofigate is responding to a growing trend by starting to offer Jitterbit’s technology to Sofigate’s clients as part of the company’s Business Automation solutions. Global research firm Gartner estimates that the market for SaaS-based integration platforms will grow by an annual rate of 35 per cent in the coming years.
“To reap the full benefits of digitalization, companies will need even more encompassing integration on an ecosystems level. So far only 5–10 per cent of companies are utilizing technologies that are capable of this kind of flexible integrations, but we predict that already in a few years’ time the share will grow to 70–80 per cent,” said Jori Kanerva, Senior Executive at Sofigate.
Founded in 2003 in California, Jitterbit provides a technology that enables business integrations on an ecosystems level. At their easiest, integrations between different applications and interfaces can be achieved by using only a simple drag & drop method. Jitterbit’s solutions can be run in the cloud so they do not require the user to have their own dedicated datacenter.
Both Gartner and Forrester, another leading research firm, have placed Jitterbit among the top contenders when evaluating various IpaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) providers. Currently more than 55,000 users worldwide are using Jitterbit.
