We are looking for a Growth Marketing Professional
We are looking for an experienced, creative and data-driven marketer with a passion for growth through smart digital strategies. You will execute various digital marketing and marketing automation activities and be part of Sofigate Group Marketing and Communications team located in Sofigate Head Office, Helsinki, Finland.
As our growth and digital marketer, you’ll be at the forefront of our marketing efforts to elevate Sofigate’s position as the leading Business Technology Company in the Nordics. You will support our ambitious growth goals with well targeted digital marketing and marketing automation activities bringing tangible results.
Your role focuses on:
Digital Marketing & Advertising Campaigns
– Plan and execute effective digital advertising campaigns across various channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and others) in collaboration with all Business Streams and countries.
– Create the campaign calendar, manage the content creation process, digital marketing budget and guide our digital marketing partner in the campaign execution.
– Collaborate with Business Streams and Sales to ensure campaign target segments and messaging align with business goals.
– Monitor, analyze and optimize campaign performance and deliver actionable insights and reports
Marketing Automation
– Take ownership of our marketing automation process and develop well performing marketing automation actions related to email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing workflows.
– Leverage our CRM and marketing automation platform (Salesforce) to streamline and scale lead engagement.
– Develop lead scoring models and segmentation strategies to increase conversion rates.
– Collaborate with Businesses and Sales to align campaign content, tactics and manage lead generation and lead handover processes.
Website Management and SEO (Optional/Preferred)
– This role could also include ownership of Sofigate’s website, developing the site performance and content in collaboration with our website partner and content creation team.
– Manage and optimize the company website for performance
– Manage our SEO strategy and actions
We’re looking for someone with:
- Over 5 years’ experience in B2B digital marketing, marketing automation, growth, or performance marketing role, and experience in using AI in daily work.
- Experience in creating and scaling lead generation campaigns, working closely with business and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Hands-on expertise in using marketing automation tools (preferably Salesforce) to manage email marketing, campaigns and track performance.
- Hands-on expertise in managing paid ads and campaigns across various channels.
- Knowledge of account-based marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with website management platform WordPress and SEO strategy is a plus.
- Industry knowledge is a plus.
- Great people skills and enjoys a fast-paced working environment.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling.
- Proactive, independent, and results-oriented approach.
- Is fluent in Finnish and English, Swedish is a plus.
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
