Lead Salesforce Architect – Shape the Future of Salesforce at Sofigate

We’re looking for a top-tier Lead Salesforce Architect—a person who doesn’t just understand the platform but defines what great looks like in the Swedish Salesforce ecosystem. You’re not just technically sharp—you’re already active in the market. You influence deals, guide strategic customers, and set the tone for what scalable, forward-looking Salesforce architecture should be. This role is not about joining a team. It’s about lifting an entire Salesforce department—technically, culturally, and commercially.
You’ll work side by side with Sofigate’s leadership, key clients, Salesforce themselves, and our most senior consultants to ensure our Salesforce business stays ahead—technically innovative, commercially relevant, and architecturally world-class.
Your Impact:
- Drive Technical Excellence: Lead architecture decisions across multiple programs and industries. Set standards, enforce best practices, and ensure long-term scalability.
- Act as a Technical Force Multiplier: Mentor senior consultants, coach architects, and continuously raise the bar across our Salesforce delivery teams.
- Win Strategic Deals: Be at the center of our most important bids. Shape solutions that win large-scale clients and anchor long-term relationships.
- Represent Sofigate in the Ecosystem: You’re active in the Swedish Salesforce scene—this role gives you a platform to go even further.
- Accelerate Innovation: Help us explore and implement cutting-edge capabilities in AI, automation, and platform extensions (Agentforce, MuleSoft, etc.).
- Partner at the Top: Work directly with Salesforce, C-level clients, and internal executives on vision, value realization, and roadmaps.
What we expect?
- Deep technical and architectural knowledge across the Salesforce platform (core clouds and beyond)
- A strong presence in the Swedish Salesforce community
- Proven experience leading complex Salesforce transformations and large enterprise programs
- The ability to simplify complexity and explain architecture to both C-levels and developers
- Experience in strategic sales dialogues, from early ideation to final closure
- A mindset that balances governance, scalability, and fast delivery
